These are difficult times. Here’s a simple path to think about the situation facing you.

Use the Three A’s:

1. Appraise the situation. What is most bothering you?
2. Accept what you can’t change but think about what changes are possible.
3. Adjust. What new actions can you try. Listen to your partner and truly get into their feelings. Ask them to do the same.

Overtime you both can make adjustments. You ARE creative!
